To view a list of the records in your datafile:

  1. Click View, Shortlist. CiteWrite will display a list of the records in your datafile.
  2. Double click on any entry to go to that record.
  3. Right click in any column to alphabetize the list by that column.
  4. Notice that Notes are tagged in the list, and that the first line of the Excerpt field displays.
