When you are editing a document created with Dr Paper, the Dr Paper APA Styles Toolbar can be displayed at the top of the document by clicking on the Word Addins tab:

To change text to the correct format setting for a section level heading, quotation, or body text, place the cursor in the line and click the style on the toolbar.

All the styles in the Dr Paper template are also listed on the Word Styles and Formatting menu. To display the Styles listing, click Home, Styles:

(On Word 2003, click Format, Styles and Formatting.)

To view the format for a heading or other portion of your paper, place the cursor in the text to be formatted. The style Word is using for the text on that line will be highlighted in the Styles list.
