The Style Toolbar and built in Styles and Formatting settings

The Style Toolbar is underneath the regular Word toolbar:

To change text to the correct format setting for a section level heading, quotation, or body text, place the cursor in the line and click the style on the toolbar.

All the styles in the Dr Paper template are also listed on the Word Styles and Formatting menu. To display the Styles listing, click Format, Styles and Formatting.

To change the format for a heading or other portion of your paper, place the cursor in the text to be formatted, and then click on the style.

In the APA templates, the Styles are as follows:
