The Preview box displays the current record as a formatted citation, in the publishing style selected.

To display the Preview box, click View, Preview box.

Example

Preview Box Menu Items:

Copy
Copies the citation in the Preview box to the clipboard.

Insert
Inserts the citation in the Preview box to the cursor position in your word processing document.

Font
Displays the Font dialog.

Style
Displays the Preview Style dialog, allowing you to set the citation style for the Preview box.
